Becky Gray’s ceramic figures and Anna Carll’s mixed media paintings are both exemplary of the work of artists who are aware of things others may miss. These two women create artwork with a subtle mystery about it. What does the subject of the work and the artist know that the viewer does not? They exist in a quiet place, seeming to contemplate fate and man’s role in it. The show promises to be a creative, colorful, and enigmatic experience.
